(“Sparx” or “we” or “us”) governing your use and access to the software, services, content and products made available to you through the Sparx platform located at usesparx.com and applicable mobile applications (collectively the “Platform”). Sparx and User may also individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Our affiliates or partners may offer goods or services including but not limited to insurance and software.

3. The Sparx Chrome Extension

For our license management product, we offer the Sparx License Management Chrome extension. This can be distributed by an organization's admin to employees. This extension logs the login events it observes between an employee and any third-party SaaS apps where a business email is used. The only information collected is the name of the SaaS application, the work email used, and the login date-time. This information is governed equally by the standards held within this privacy policy.
