Understand your previous claims and kick off a streamlined claims process.

Claims Dashboard

Claims are organized by claim identification number, carrier, policy type, policy number, loss date, and status. Closed and open claims tabs can be toggled between.

Submit a Claim

Users can submit claim details by clicking on the "Submit a claim" button. This can also be done by emailing your account manager or [email protected]. After completing completing questions on line of coverage, additional requirements, necessary attachments, certificate holders, and addresses, an automated request is sent to our team.

We will turn around the request within 24-48 hours via email.

Tip: Prioritize alerting your carrier before our brokerage. In pressing circumstances, please call your carrier or account manager. The telephone number of your account manager is in their email signature.
