### **Claims Dashboard**

Claims are organized by claim identification number, carrier, policy type, policy number, loss date, and status. Closed and open claims tabs can be toggled between.&#x20;

### **Submit a Claim**

Users can submit claim details by clicking on the "Submit a claim" button. This can also be done by emailing your account manager or <team@usesparx.com>. After completing completing questions on line of coverage, additional requirements, necessary attachments, certificate holders, and addresses, an automated request is sent to our team.&#x20;

We will turn around the request within 24-48 hours via email.&#x20;

**Tip:** Prioritize alerting your carrier before our brokerage. In pressing circumstances, please call your carrier or account manager. The telephone number of your account manager is in their email signature.&#x20;
